Our wonderful Heine Westenfluss is voiced by the equally wonderful and ever-more popular T.M. Revolution, also known as Takanori Nishikawa. TMR voiced Miguel Ayman in Gundam SEED, and sung the openings INVOKE, ignited, and vestige, and inserts ZIPS and Meteor for SEED/SEED Destiny as well.

TMR was first known as Haine when he joined the visual kei band, Luis-Mary, in 1990 as their vocalist. Heine is a play on TMR's name before taking on his current name. Another connection on the two is that both "Nishikawa" and "Westenfluss" both mean "west river." Also, Heine was designed to represent the singer himself. Both have the same birthday (September 19th), like the color orange, and are blond.
