2. Must have the code up before joining(if you have a website)! Makes everything easier. And if you send in your site and the code isn't up, you have 24 hours. I DO check.
3. You really don't need a site to join, but if you do, let it be a REAL one, not like www.hotmail.com or anything, that's just stupid. If you don't have a site, just have a working e-mail, alright?
4. Do NOT direct link. Any sites caught direct linking WILL be removed.
5. If you're resubmitting, you MUST have your ID otherwise I will not know who update and the request will be ignored.
6. It is REQUIRED that you state your country. And please, put the country where you ACTUALLY live, not where you WANT to live or where you were born. =\
