The F.A.I.T.H group is only a select few people that are loyal to the PLANT's chairman. To represent their loyality and difference from other personnel, they are given a badge to put on the right flap on the front of their uniform. They report direction to the chairman and can choose what's best for others. They don't even have to listen to their commanding officer if they choose not to.
